Yes, current tenants can pay online using a checking account or credit card via the resident portal here.
Yes, there is a delivery box near the office entry door. Rent payments or any other correspondence should be placed in your envelope before leaving it at the office delivery box.
First, email your Property Manager of your request for a pet. Do not move a pet into the property without permission. Red Rooster Property Management will contact the owner and submit your request. If the owner does allow the pet, an increased security deposit and monthly fees will be required and a pet addendum must be signed.

Housing choice (Section 8) vouchers may be considered for some of our available properties. The max rent amount on the housing voucher must be a value of at least the advertised rent amount. The subsidy amount (a.k.a. Family payment) will be used towards the income requirement for our application guidelines, which is 3x the monthly rent as gross income. Refer to our application guidelines to see all our qualifications.
